Language Training Reimagined with Voxy®
The Challenge
A global leader in machine manufacturing – with a site in Hungary– invited us to participate in a large-scale international tender. The objective was to provide a comprehensive, platform-based e-learning solution for English language training, accessible to all employees across their European and overseas sites. Beyond submitting detailed documentation of Voxy’s extensive features, we conducted an interactive online presentation to demonstrate how our tailored solutions meet their specific organizational needs.
The Solution
Following our successful bid, we embarked on a multi-month preparation and implementation phase to ensure a seamless rollout for this high-volume project. To build trust and ensure perfect fit, we initiated a demo period immediately after the presentation. This allowed international HR leads, decision-makers, and end-users to experience the platform firsthand.
By the end of the demo period, the number of applicants had reached nearly 200, while colleagues participating in the trial were convinced that the system truly met their expectations and language level. To guarantee a smooth start, our team provided high-touch background support, including the curation of personalized course lists directly within the platform.
The Result
To finalize the launch, we conducted live, global “onboarding” sessions tailored to various time zones. These sessions highlighted:
- Industry-specific content: Profession-oriented courses and communication skills training.
- Live interaction: A preview of group lessons led by native instructors.
- Direct support: Real-time Q&A sessions for all participants.
The partnership remains highly collaborative; we continuously monitor progress alongside the client’s program managers. Furthermore, we empowered the company’s administrators with advanced reporting tools, allowing them to track learner engagement and generate comprehensive activity reports with just a few clicks.
