The preparation phase for the workshop includes prework which will feed into the workshop experience. During the highly interactive instructional phase, participants will analyse case studies, apply the models and guidelines, and experiment with the techniques they learn. They will therefore leave with a toolkit of tips which they can choose to use in a variety of situations.
