Communication matters

Strategic Purpose: Communication is the lifeblood of your business organisation. Communicating effectively requires ongoing attention – doing it well and doing it better is intentional. This workshop provides a space for you to explore strategies and models, share ideas, personal experiences and challenges, and practice with your peers. Together we will target two typical situations where communication can be a game maker or breaker, namely dealing with change, and optimising team and group performance.

- leverage listening to foster mutual understanding, build trust and influence outcomes.
