M-Prospect Ltd. is a well established and rapidly expanding language service provider located in Hungary.

Our company has been in operation since 1996 and our training section is now 15 years old. Our main client is a USA based valve manufacturing company from which we receive orders for approximately 80-100 skills training days per year in Europe. These include sessions such as Effective Negotiations, Presentations, Customer Value Creation, etc. Because of the increasing demand for our services M-Prospect’s training branch is seeking experienced soft skill trainers for long term cooperation.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• availability 2-4 days / week
• substitution for trainers in case of emergency
• conducting skills training sessions and workshops in English
• contribution to course and curricula development, based on customer requests
• reporting to the chief trainer & management

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• English as a native language
• university or college degree
• outstanding communication and training skills
• ability to work with another co-trainer
• extensive working experience (min. 5 years) as a business trainer
• proven track record in delivering presentation / negotiation / customer service related training sessions or any of these
• willingness to travel to foreign locations (Europe only) for min. two day sessions
• readiness to work in a multinational corporate environment
• customer-oriented attitude, client focus
• strong IT skills, especially MSWord, PowerPoint
